Executive Engagement Program

Designing executive dinner experiences that connected 300+ senior marketing leaders and generated $5M in new pipeline.

The Challenge

impact.com wanted to deepen relationships with strategic technology partners while creating genuinely memorable moments with senior marketing leaders from enterprise brands.

Traditional event sponsorships tend to produce surface-level interactions, forgettable, transactional, easy to skip. We needed something people would actually want to be in the room for.

My Role

  • Partner strategy

  • Executive event planning

  • Cross-functional coordination

  • Attendee recruitment

  • Partner relationship management

  • Post-event engagement

The Approach

Instead of another industry conference booth, we built an executive dinner series in key markets across the U.S., small, curated, and designed to feel like an invitation worth having, not a sponsorship activation.

Working closely with technology partners, I:

  • Identified target accounts and the specific people worth getting in the room

  • Aligned partner and internal stakeholders on shared goals

  • Managed end-to-end logistics, from venue to seating strategy to on-site execution

  • Facilitated real executive networking, not just a meal

  • Captured insights and relationships to carry into follow-up engagement

Results

  • $5M in net-new pipeline generated

  • 12+ executive dinners hosted annually

  • 300+ marketing leaders engaged

  • Brands in the room included:

Wayfair, Away Travel, PayPal, TJX Companies, Staples, Roku, Puma, Sephora, Etsy, Macy’s, Capital One, Venmo, JCrew, Madewell, Bank of America, Stitch Fix, Strava, JetBlue, Samsung, Spotify, Verizon, ADP, DraftKings, Converse, Gillette, Reebok, Houzz, and more.
